Appointment & Scheduling Policies

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy: Clients are highly encouraged to book appointments in advance. 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. This can be applied to any service at Thrive Aesthetics Chico in the future but cannot be refunded. 

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule.

  • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $100. 

  • Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are accepted if time allows but you are encouraged to book an appointment in advance. 

Payment & Refund Policies

  • Payment Methods Accepted: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

  • Deposit Requirements: Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking.

  • Refund & Service Adjustment Policy: All service sales are final. Adjustments to treatments may be made to ensure client satisfaction.

Health & Safety Policies

  • Client Health Disclosure Requirements: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications & supplements before treatment.

  • Contraindications & Treatment Limitations: Treatments may not be performed if contraindications exist. Our providers will assess eligibility before proceeding.

  • Infection Control & Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety.

Treatment & Service Policies

  • Pre- & Post-Treatment Guidelines: Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions as advised to optimize results and reduce risks.

  • Age Restrictions: Clients must be at least 18 years old for most treatments unless accompanied by a guardian.

  • Confidentiality & Privacy: All client information and treatment records are confidential and protected under HIPAA guidelines.

Staff & Conduct Policies

  • Professional Conduct: Our staff is committed to providing respectful and professional service at all times.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client exhibiting inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

  • Client Behavior Expectations: Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and adhere to all spa policies during their visit.
